Our Library Resource Centre is open to students throughout the school day. Each grade visits the Library at least once a week to sign out books and access learning materials.

From home or on the road you can search our library's resources by author, title, subject, keyword, series, editor/illustrator, or "sounds like" searches using our Destiny Discovery Library Software. You can also search library resources at other schools within our Board.

Instructions from our Librarian

Find books and place holds for physical books.

Use the following link to access our library catalogue: Destiny discover library catalogue Or type in pvn.cc/gs

Click on log in the top right corner.

Use your school username, and password.

Your username is the first part of your school email.

Do not include @pvnccdsb.on.ca

Use the search bar, or browse through recently added titles, popular titles, and topics.

Once you find a book you would like to borrow, click on hold. Try to make sure the title is showing as being “in”.

You can place holds on up to 2 books. When we are back at school I will pull the book, and check it out to you.
