History
This school's name honours the prominent place of Jesus as the Good Shepherd in our Catholic faith. The school was founded in 2000 and has been located at its current site since September of 2000.

Our dedicated teachers are involved in literacy and numeracy projects to improve student achievement and success.
- We provide a positive Catholic school environment where the entire staff work together to ensure that students come first.
- We work together to improve a beautiful and spacious school facility.
- We also have an enthusiastic and dedicated Catholic School Council who has provided the school with playground equipment, pavement games, an outdoor basketball pad, a front yard garden, technology, student agendas and trip funding and reading resources.
We have several working committees such as; Environment, Anaphylaxis, and Spending Priorities Committees.

Parish Information
Academic programs at Good Shepherd exist within a spiritual orientation based on the Catholic faith. The tone of the school reflects a theme of respect and responsibility, a collaborative approach to problem solving, and a community focus made up of students, staff, parents, parish, and the wider community. The school comes together to celebrate monthly school masses with its affiliated parish, St. Therese Roman Catholic Church, led by Fr. Anthony Ezeonwueme and Fr. Theodore Nnorom.
