Agenda Books

Student agenda books are one of our greatest tools for organization, planning and communication between school and family. Thanks to the Catholic School Council, the is no cost for each student for the agenda book. Students in Kindergarten to Grade 8 receive an agenda at the beginning of the school year. The front section provides students and parents with useful information about our school's academics, procedures and expectations.

Classroom teachers sign agendas daily. Students are expected to record homework and details in their own agenda book. They receive ample time during the school day for this to happen. The agenda book emphasizes responsibility, and assists students with being prepared and ready to learn each day.

Parents are asked to use the agenda to write notes to classroom teachers concerning any important changes in routines, schedules and other pertinent information. Parents should initial the agenda every night to verify the completion of homework.
